Ordering

  • I can't checkout using my credit card. What am I doing wrong?

    Make sure when you are entering your Credit Card that you enter your expiration date in the correct format. This is the #1 reason many have a problem. Enter it with the full month and year range like this 01/2024. Do not enter it as 1/24 as that is not the correct way.

  • How do I use a Coupon Code?

    When you are on the Checkout page, you will see Add Coupon Code. That is where you will add the code. If the minimum amount for use is $20.00 on your order, it won't work if the order is less than $20.00. Coupon codes are only valid for Shopping cart orders in the Continental US and are not valid for International orders or PayPal invoiced orders.
    Abandoned cart email coupons are only valid using the link in the email that is was sent in. It can not be applied after the sale.

  • My Coupon Code didn't work?

    Coupons may have a minimum amount you need to purchase to use the coupon code. For example if the coupon code requires minimum purchase is $20.00, then you must have at least $30.00 in product in your cart for the coupon code to work.

  • Can I order by phone or snail mail?

    No, unfortunately we don't take phone or mail orders unless there is a problem checking out. In the case of a problem checking out, you may request for us to call you and we will assist you in the checkout process.

  • Do you ship C.O.D or take Pre-Paid orders?

    No, unfortunately we do not ship C.O.D. or take Pre-Paid orders.

Shipping

  • I'm trying to checkout but there's no shipping options. What do I do?

    When you are on the Checkout page, you need to make sure you have filled out your information, Name, Address, City, State, Zip on the left side in order to have the shipping appear. If you are an International customer, please read the information below.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

    Yes we will ship Internationally, but only if you ask and agree to the shipping terms. We are NOT responsible for Customs Duties, VAT or any other surcharges your Country may charge for imported goods. We would be happy to give you a quote to ship to your Country.

    You will need to send your name, address and phone number and the quantity of which pins you want to order to us via our Contact Us page. If you have already made an account with that information in it, please let us know as it will expedite your quote.
    We'll get you an exact shipping cost along with the cost of your order. If the quote works for you, we will send you a PayPal invoice to pay and then ship to you right away once you pay the PayPal invoice.

    Keep in mind, it may seem high for shipping lapel pins, but we have no control over USPS costs.
    We ship all International order insured for the value of the order. The charge for Insurance will be added to the shipping charge.
    We also add a Handling Charge of $6.95 to all International orders.
                                Free shipping does not apply to International orders.

  • What do I do if my order got damaged in shipping?

    Take pictures of the damaged items, i.e., envelope, item(s) and then use the Contact form telling us about the damages. You can return the item(s) to us using the return address on the envelope it came in and then send us the USPS tracking number. As soon as we receive the tracking number, we  will ship your pin(s) to you. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

  • What do I do if my order got lost is it insured? Can I get Insurance on my order?

    Unfortunately we have no control over USPS. All orders are shipped 1st Class Mail and they are not insured. If you want insurance on 1st Class Mail, it will be an extra charge and you will need to let us know before you place your order so we can get you the correct rate for your special order. Just use the Contact Us form to let us you that you need a Insurance for your special order.

    ONLY orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail are insured.


Payment

  • I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still order?

    Yes. You can still use PayPal without having a PayPal account. No need to join PayPal. Just enter your name and shipping address. You'll be prompted for your credit card, email address, and phone number.

  • Can I pay with Crypto, check or cash?

    Unfortunately we do not accept those forms of payment at this time.

  • Are your pins Made in the USA?

    Yes. Our pins are stamped on the back, Proudly Made in the USA. All of our shipping envelopes and labels we use are also Made in the USA.

  • How do I leave a Review or Feedback for the item I bought?

    Just go to the item that you bought and scroll down towards the bottom of the page you will see Reviews. Click Reviews and you may add yours there.

  • I would like to be Affiliate. How do I join?

  • I have a design that I want to get made, can you make it for me?
